Caster main frames are made of engineering plastic nylon; wheel cores use PP material with good shock absorption effect; wheel surfaces use TPU with outstanding load capacity, impact resistance and shock absorption performance.
TPU has a relatively low glass transition temperature, maintaining good elasticity, flexibility and other physical properties even at -35°C, and is resistant to oil, water and mold, with good recyclability.
Precision bearings are equipped inside the casters, effectively reducing noise and improving the overall smoothness of the casters.
