Second: different skeleton material selection methods are not the same
The skeleton of the caster is generally PP, reinforced PP, nylon, etc., the general load-bearing caster is relatively low choose PP for the skeleton, some low-end materials and even choose back PP for the skeleton, this kind of skeleton is more brittle, at the same time there are mixed with a part of other materials or degradation, so the bonding performance requirements of TPE is higher.
In the case of reinforced PP, it is generally reinforced by adding glass fiber, so there are higher requirements for the bonding performance of the material.
Common original package PP generally choose homopolymer TPE caster material.
Third: wear resistance
Ordinary TPE material, because of its own non-slip so relative to the wear resistance of other materials will be worse, but the caster with TPE material with the increase in weight requirements, TPE medical caster material will be added to the appropriate slip agent to improve the surface smooth, reduce the surface friction coefficient of the material so as to reduce friction heat to improve friction loss.
